Boiled White Rice
Ingredients:
1/2 cup dried white rice, per person
water
pinch of salt
Rinse the rice 2 or 3 times to remove the starch. Put into large saucepan with twice as much water and the pinch of salt. Bring to a boil, and cook over medium heat until soft (about 15 minutes). (If you end up making too much, it can always be fried the next day).
